Application hosting →One Stop Shop builds on Hetzner Online, a German infrastructure provider that has run its own data centres since 1997. It is the platform of choice here for a plain reason: the hardware is excellent and the price is a fraction of what AWS, Azure or Google charge for equivalent compute, memory and — critically for media libraries — storage and bandwidth.
You do not deal with Hetzner. The servers are rented wholesale, then delivered to you fully configured and managed. If Hetzner ever needs to be contacted about hardware, networking or an abuse report, that is handled for you.

When you email, you reach the person who built your server, holds its keys, watches its alerts and will be the one restoring it if something goes wrong. There is no ticket queue to fall into, no first-line support reading a script, and no hand-off between departments.
The trade-off is honest: capacity is limited, so the client list is kept small and the pricing reflects a premium, high-touch service rather than a volume business. If that is what you are looking for, this will be a very good fit.

You get a monthly report showing uptime, patches applied, backup results and any incidents. Configuration is documented and yours to keep.
