Contact

Email is the front door.

One Stop Shop is a single-operator business, so there is no call centre and no web form feeding a ticket queue. Write an email; the person who would build and run your server reads it and replies personally.

What to include

You do not need to know any technical vocabulary. The more of the following you can describe in plain words, the more precise the first reply can be — usually a recommended plan, a server size and a written quote.

  • What you want to run. A media server for the household? A business web application? A set of self-hosted tools? Something else entirely?
  • What you have today. A home NAS, a shared host, a server at another provider, a cloud account, nothing yet. If it exists, roughly how it is set up.
  • How much data. A rough figure is fine — “about 12 TB of video and 400 GB of photos” tells us almost everything about storage and migration time.
  • Who uses it and from where. Number of people, whether they are mostly in one country, and whether anything is public-facing.
  • What has gone wrong before. Outages, lost data, a surprise cloud bill, a weekend lost to an update. This shapes which plan actually fits.
  • Any constraints. Budget range, a deadline, a requirement that data stay in the EU, a preference for a particular application.

Please do not send passwords, private keys or access credentials in a first email. If a migration or audit goes ahead, a secure channel for sharing access is set up first. See the privacy policy for how enquiry emails are handled and retained.

Existing clients

Use the private chat channel set up at onboarding for anything time-sensitive, or the same email address for routine requests and change work. Critical incidents are also caught by monitoring, so in most cases the alert is being acted on before you notice.

Common first questions

Can I get a quote without committing?

Yes. Every enquiry gets a written recommendation and price. There is no obligation and no follow-up sales sequence — if it is not a fit, you will simply be told so.

Do you work with clients outside Canada?

Yes. Most clients are in Canada and the United States; invoices are in Canadian dollars. Servers can be placed in Europe or the US depending on where your users are.

Will you look at a server I already have?

Yes — a performance or security audit can be done on a server hosted anywhere. Read-only access is all that is needed to start.
