Included. One Stop Shop rents the infrastructure from Hetzner wholesale and you pay one invoice, in Canadian dollars, to One Stop Shop. You never open a Hetzner account, never see a Hetzner invoice and never need to contact them. If you ever want to leave, the server can be rebuilt elsewhere from your exported data and documentation.

Monthly in advance by invoice, payable by Interac e-Transfer, credit card or pre-authorized debit. The setup fee is invoiced when you sign on and the first month begins the day your server is handed over. Add-ons are prorated in the month they are added. Invoices include applicable GST/HST (and PST/QST where relevant) at the rate for your province.

Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. There is no annual lock-in. A modest discount (one month free) is available if you prefer to prepay a year.

You receive a full export of your application data, configuration and the documentation for your server, and a 14-day window after the last paid day to confirm you have everything before the server is securely wiped. This is written into the terms. If you want the server itself transferred to your own Hetzner account instead, that can usually be arranged for a flat handover fee.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Moving from a cloud server to dedicated hardware is a planned migration with a rehearsal, included at no charge when you upgrade to the Dedicated plan. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date, subject to the smaller server actually fitting your workload.

Maintenance is everything needed to keep what you already have running: patching, monitoring, backups, incident response. Change work is anything new — adding an application, changing how one is configured, onboarding a user, adjusting storage layout. Professional and Dedicated plans include a monthly allowance; beyond it, work is quoted in advance at $150/hour. Unused hours do not roll over.

Professional and Dedicated plans carry a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment for the server and reverse proxy, measured by the external monitoring you can see in your report. If it is missed, a credit of 10% of that month's fee is applied for each full 0.1% below the target, to a maximum of 50%. Hetzner's own infrastructure SLA is materially better than this; the commitment is set conservatively because it includes maintenance windows and application-level restarts.

Not as a managed plan. The floor is set by the time it takes to properly monitor, patch and back up a server every month — which is the point of the service. If your needs are genuinely tiny (a static site, say), it may be more honest to point you at an unmanaged option, and that will be said plainly in reply to your enquiry.

One person: the operator who builds and manages your server. One Stop Shop is intentionally a boutique, single-operator business, which is why the client list is kept small and why response commitments are realistic rather than aspirational. Planned absences are announced in advance with backup monitoring in place; critical alerts are never left unattended.
